I got a ticket from this same section of highway. The CHP officer was pulling over two cars at a time. The speed survey indicates speeds of approx 60, but due to the Harbor street on-ramp to the eastbound Vincent Thomas Bridge - very dangerous, the entire section is signed 45. It outrages me that hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars are spent to improve traffic flow and give us tickets for making use of the improvements.
