  • extreme weather events are not increasing, when you lie all the time it is hard to keep beleiving

  • Global warming IS BS !.You people are all foolled just like Hitlers folowers were.We Exhale CO2 Called grean house gasses ! They want people to stop breathing!A volcano blows global waming hoax away !

  • The big industry here is that promoting 'Globla Warming'; which was onyl ever nuclear power PR t oget new plants of death built!

  • the reason why america doesn't want to combat climate change is because they are too busy wasting money on stupid war which go no where, if its not communism then its terrorism? america always need need an enemy, so people in america dont look at what fucked up things are going on.

  • Note the trick they use: footage from al gore's disaster epic with the voice-over about "overwhelming consensus" despite the fact that gore exaggerates sea level rise 100-fold from the actual observed 2 mm per year.

  • how lazy and selfish must you be in order to deny warming just so that you don't have to actually ACT? americans suck!

  • The big industry is the Global WArming Inmdustry, spreading phantom lies!

  • Man made climate change does not need denial! It is a contradiction in meaning anyway!

  • Global warming doesn't make the world warmer, as it is NOT true!

  • See JonThm for climate truth! And how to do nuclear fusion.

  • When Ball was giving that speech, he was in the lunch room of Exxon.

Not a single employee was paying attention or listening.

    Bought and paid for.

  • Climate change and global warmi9ng aren't true. We are nto the 'Climate DEnial' people, we are sceinctists interested in truth!

  • I suppose the denialists plan on joining the ranks of those who believe the earth is flat and the moon landing was hoax.

  • Critics say that the scientific debate is continuing, that the consequences are uncertain - and they're right. There is lots of uncertainty, especially about the magnitude

and timing of climate change. In the same way, terror experts aren't sure about the magnitude and timing of Al Qaeda's next strike. But it would be myopic to shrug

that because there's uncertainty about the risks, we shouldn't act vigorously to confront them - yet that's our national policy toward climate change

  • human beings were born from the earths evolutionary line to say we can have no effect on it like termite, plants and animals and the earth is ridiculous

  • This is a good video. There needs to be more on this denial industry, and on the psychology of the people who follow them. If the ignorant do win the PR battle then perhaps our civilization deserves to perish.

  • Respect the science. Ask for the scientific literature. Opinion is easy. Science isn't.

  • Anyone who talks about what they "believe in" or "don't believe in" is practicing religion, NOT SCIENCE. No amount of data EVER changes a belief. Data can change opinions if the person holding the opinion is willing to process the data. So when someone tells me they "don't believe in global warming", I understand them to be saying that no information or experience whatsoever will change their mind.

  • The biggest green house gas is water vapor. I notice they do not talk to one scientist that says man is the cause. Tim Ball who has 30 or 40 years of experience in climate research. A PR guy named Hoggan is your main source of info. Hoggan talks of pseudo science. So Friend of Science lists, Dr. Sallie Baliunas, Research scientist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is a Pseudo scientist!? He is not a climate scientist, she is. I trust her!

  • garbage

  • who cares there is nothing man can do to change the climate A FACT. It has changed from the beginning of the earth and will contuine to change. and you will not stop it no matter how much you spend and waste

  • Your right, the planet will change regardless of our actions, but can't you see it would'nt have changed in such a bad way if we wern't such a lazy and polluting human race. I live in New Zealand - we have no Ozone layer above us because of the hole humans have created in it from all the polluting - I don't think this would have naturally occurred ay. I don't get why people are so defensive about having the blame finally being placed on the right person/object/ thing - us.

  • The Oregon Petition had 17,000 scientists who DON'T BELIEVE in man-made global warming. The IPCC has 2500 who do believe. The concensus is 6.8 to 1 that DON'T BELIEVE!

The latest IPCC report has 90% confidence that their predictions are true, however, the previous IPCC report had a 95% confidence figure.

Looks like the 2500 scientists in the IPCC are starting to come around to reality.

  • Don't forget, there are many engineers and scientists working for big oil companies....

  • What if they could only come up with a 3% certainty that they can say that human activity is the cause of global warming? Do you think they would publicize the statistic? No because they are making a living off this whole global warming theory. They can't accept it not being their anymore because they would all be jobless. Al Gore might even have to sell his massive fossil fuel consuming jets that he uses constantly.

  • And here is evidence k12desmog. Just type in "the Great Global warming swindle" and watch the 9 video clips. It's very informative.

  • The United Nation's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change stated in their recent report that with over 90% certainty they can say that human activity is the cause of the current global warming -- what more do you need?

Frankly, I don't think there will ever be enough proof for those so entrenched in your view. Multiple lines of scientific evidence conclude that human-caused C02 emissions are to blame, where is the evidence to the contrary?

  • The latest IPCC report has 90% certainty, the previous report had 95%.

The Oregon Petition has 17,000 scientists who DON'T BELIEVE in man-made global warming and the IPCC has 2500 who do believe.

So, 6.8 to 1 scientists DON'T BELIEVE and the rest are losing confidence!

  • In 2000 I challenged the CBC to show that there was a consensus in the world climate science community about the causes of global climate change. After much trying to divert the issue, it became clear they really had no idea. "Consensus of world scientists agree" sounds impressive on the news of course but there is no poll to support this claim - it is merely speculation. Many scientists in the field have a of of problem with the wild alarmism of Suzuki, Gore, Weaver et al.

    Tom Harris

  • Getting hotter in Australia, All the hot air comes from Cambera, Clouds cause climate,

  • Let the dissenters defend themselves. Don't set them up and knock them down by yourselves.

  • google "exxon secrets". itll show the conections. tim ball is in an organization called "tech central science foundation" which received $95k from exxon mobile in 2003

  • we are not forever.
