I WISH i could go T_T Unfortunately, I live in Spain u_u haha

mm... five facts!

1 - My body is in Spain, but my soul is waiting in London <3

2 - I love art and I practice photography and free drawing a lot, even if I suck xD

3 - Harry Potter is my lifestyle and it gave me strenght when I was being bullyed

4 - My dreams are to write a book and to change the world (maybe collaborating with the HPA and National Geographic)

5 - I freacking love zombies, sci-fi, action and adventure (Whovian!)

@thehpalliance I don't have a fully formulated answer yet, but I think a Kinks person is someone who cares enough about music to go past the big name bands and find the ones that rally define their genre.

I haven't even gotten to Wrockstock yet and it feels amazing because I'm rooming with three girls I've never met and we are all Whovians and it makes me feel very much a part of a community (and is motivating me to be extra productive so I don't have to worry about school things during the weekend of awesome...probably should get back to that) In short if it is at all possible for people to come, I highly encourage it but totally get that plane tickets and other issues can always get in the way.

1. I'm a Slytherin, a decision which was made by my friends: When I asked my group at large which house I should be in, they pretty much all screamed "Slytherin" at the same time. So ... that was that. :P

2. I'm Norwegian (in other words, Wrockstock is a no-go, given the fact that it would cost me about three hundred dollars just to pay for a one-way ticket)

3. I'm doing an MA degree in English lit.

5. I'm a liberal, and a Methodist (this has no connection to the above comment :P)

@HerdisMarie MA in English Lit? Godspeed. I work in the Lit dept at my university and see the MA students going crazy all the time so I know how intense it is.

i don't have a camera at the moment... so...five facts about myself (in writing):

1. i can't go to wrockstock because of work scheduling.

2. i'm a republican... and i sometimes feel judged or discriminated against in the harry potter fandom because of it.

3. i'm getting married in disney world.

4. i had to decline a promotion because my DM wanted me to take a pay cut to take the job.

5. my boss told me i can't be the harry potter girl if i want to move up in life. i will prove him wrong.

@rosworms Okay this is weird. I was JUST thinking about how so many of the prominent figures in the fandom/Nerdfighteria are pretty vocal liberals and wondering if more conservative members feel left out. Please don't! I grew up in Texas and, as a non-religious liberal, I know how it feels to be judged for something like that. I personally try to be as inclusive of all people and their beliefs at all times, but please call me out if I'm not! Also, Disney World wedding FTW.
