I am now 53, but I had the biggest crush on him at his age. My walls was filled with this posters, I had and still do have all of his albums the real ones, and the Osmonds, Jimmy and Marie Osmonds albums, just loved that boy! Got to see and meet him in concert, never will forget that day.

Just because Justin is new and media is more prevalent doesn't make him a bad person, or bad singer/performer though.

I get the impression, having heard a few of Donny's early albums that they were thrown together as quickly and cheaply as possible to get them out and sold before his young teenage fans, a sometimes rather fickle market, found a new heart throb to throw their pocket money at. Hence the 10 track albums full of cover versions.  I do think however, that Puppy Love is equally as good as MJ's Ben.

I do think he's [i]too young[/i] to sing some of those songs, hasn't done enough living yet! ( And maybe not try to look like Justin, Jr. :) The big orchestra on Donny's records was too mature for him back in '72--this would have nice for some of his songs.

Like, do you know how many people have that cut? Diss them too then. That's probably the only similarity Donny and Justin have. They are individuals.
