Enterprise & Thunder n' Lightning at Lake Compounce

I didn't get much of a thrill out of this one. My knees felt like pounded shit afterward from all the straining, because it feels like you have to push to keep yourself in place. I also didn't get a feeling like I was going upside down. Definitely check it out if you're curious, but I probably won't go on it again.

I went to lake compounce with my skool today and went on the enterprise & thunder and lighting. these rides were SO MUCH FUNNNNNN, but thunder and lighting is actually A LOT scarier than it seems. they were both INCREDIBLEEEEEEE, but i liked thunder adn lighting better. me and my friends went on it like 4 or 5 times!

I never rode Enterprise..EVER. Until Polish Day at Lake Compounce. Normally I would be like, "ehh you guys go ahead. I'll sit this one out" but then my friend was calling me and there were ppl behind me and im like, "ehh wth" so i was FREAKED the first time BUT it was the best ride ever! Enterprise and Boulder Dash are a tie for me :D

You HAVE to visit LC. I go there every weekend in the summer with my friends:)

my aunt LOVES the enterprise. but i'm too scared of it due to a dare gone wrong when i was 7, this little girl dare me to go on the salt and pepper shakers at some random carnival, and so yea i'm afraid of upside-down flat rides.

all theme parks must have back up power systems so if the power went then it should be allright. Usually when the power goes they close all rides untill the main source is back up.

Yeah I thought the same thing of Enterprise but the force holds you down. And yeah Thunder n' Lightning kicks ass! Other than one side being down because they had to change the cables on it.

If you can handle the Rotor, you should be able handle the Enterprise. The Enterprise is perhaps my favorite flat ride of all time. Sure there are fancier and more intense rides...but I will always come back to the Enterprise for more. The Rotor is cool too, that is another favorite...but I do favor it's younger cousin the Gravitron.
