But, the thing is...whilst Yakko--as per his personality--is mostly verbal in his flirting, Wakko--as per his personality--is more physical with his. Plus, seeing Wakko in a dress wouldn't be odd, because Wakko is the "weird" middle kid of the three ever-inseperable Warner siblings.

Yeah; Jess Harnell based the voice on John Lennon. The voice director told him to try a John Lennon impression, then he made it "smaller" to better fit the character.
