F2P as been fairly useful and honestly does not bother me at all. It really gave the Australian community a bit more variety and a few extra players. It was only bad when it first became F2P since a lot of 'new' players came in but there already were a bunch of assholes and kids playing even before they introduced F2P so it really has not changed.

Now I've been able to get my friends to play it since they can get it for free.

Its a game that is over 4 years old now so complaining about it going f2p is a bit lame. I can't really complain about noobs joing f2p games as I recently joined DC Universe Online as a free player. Loved it and went premium. The reason people are a bit pissed off is that if you take the game seriously and you end up on a team with a bunch of morons with comedy names (like Aids, ya mom etc) who just dick around, it gets boring real fast.
