If we wait, are school who waits the one who fails?
If we wait, their are 300 million people in china and India who wil do?
If we wait, how can we learn?
This is the most bad advise you can give to a school.
If the school waits untill the technology is proven. It will be almost at THE END fase, broke. This advise should be better: Research the technology, develop techvision and put strategy into place and then learn and adjust (the google stylo)

@QakiBoP I think you misunderstood the video's point. He was not advocating that schools wait to adopt technology. He was just saying that the future is so unpredictable that we will have to wait until the future to see if our children were properly prepared for the tech of the future.
