what was the outcome was for this lady - did she receive a settlement? A 13 yr old boy died today in Toronto, Ontario from H1N1 over a two day period after seeing a doctor and was sent home misdiagnosed. Years ago I took a flu shot, woke up and didn't know who I was or where I was but managed to call to my husband for help. My friend's mother almost died from a flu shot, began hallucinating and her organs began to shut down - he got her to the hosp in time. Just a catch 22 situation either way!

This mornings news reports show that the young man in Toronto wasn't misdiagnosed. At the hospital he was diagnosed with what he had, a strep infection, he contracted H1N1 somewhere in those 2 following days and his body couldn't fight both. The early news reports about that case were nothing more than misleading fear mongering.

i long for the days of 3 tv stations no cell phones no cordless anything and sitting around the kitchen table with family talking

before the social programs/twitter and 300 tv channels with nothing on them had really takin grasp of the nation and destroyed the family structure

What should also be noted is that this was back in the day when journalism had a set of balls, and wasn't puppet to anyone. Sad that this isn't the case today.
