Corinne r u from holland because my dad was born there and I'm Dutch with the same last name and I'm wonderin if were related cuz I want to no more of my family
Amazing!!!! How come you dont meet women like this in the streets! A woman with a goal and a purpose will make any man step up and have that same drive!
Ditto, Lucia is a legend! The only difference between Corinne and Lucia is weight. They are both equally devastating in and outside the ring. Corinne has proven herself many times. If both Lucia and Corinne equally matched their weight and training preparation, a fight between the two would end in a draw. They're practically identical in terms of fighting ability, raw physical strength, punching power and adaptability in the ring. They're boxing phenoms; a rare species of female fighters!
On February 2, 2002 at American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida, Corinne pounded out a six-round unanimous decision over Kelsey Jeffries. Jeffries was the WIBF Americas Featherweight champion and had been in several world title fights. Nonetheless, Corinne had superior skills and outboxed her, bloodying Kelsey's face with her accurate counterpunching and knocking her down twice in the second round. Van Ryck de Groot advanced to 9-0-0 (4 KO) with this win.
On June 8, 2002 at Pyramid Arena in Memphis, Tennessee, Corinne won a 6 round unanimous decision over JoJo Wyman, another world class contender. Wyman tried to force the action throughout much of the fight but was unable to land solidly on Corinne, who countered well with right hooks. Corinne advanced to 10-0-0 (4 KO) with the win. This bout was on the undercard of the Lewis vs. Tyson World Heavyweight title fight.
She seems to have good skills. It's good to see people taking up boxing. You might see a lot of women in the military and law enforcement fields taking up boxing.
There's no denying she looks good; at least you recognize that. But she was on the fight cards because she's the real deal! You're obviously not a boxing fan. If you were, you'd be giving her props for defeating JoJo Wyman, Brenda Vickers and Kelsey Jefferies - not dissing her. You should learn the facts before you make stupid statements professorxox!
