  • @TheThroney

The Paradons (California) & the Paragons (Brooklyn) were hard-core Doo-Wop groups with the Bronx-Brooklyn sound. Reggae? Ain't no stoops or street corners in Kingston.

  • Doo Wop will always live in my heart, forever...

  • closer to 1960. Great! I heard it on the radio then for the first time and I was hooked.

  • Phunky........

I recall hearing it in the 1958 range in some pool halls and on jukeboxes.......thanks!!

  • This sound will live forever. Never again to be duplicated. It was a feel.

  • My husband (Bobby James Singing DJ) sings this along with me every week-end when he DJs.. This has become our signature song.
