Only six episodes. It was an experiment because the show was animated digitally and it was after they had just done some big project (I think Neon Genesis Evangelion) and it was a fun little experiment for the studio.

Wouldnt Roger Smith from BIG O be a more logical choice for Batman? That's basically what BIG O was created to be, to be an anime knockoff of Batman. And Actually using an Optimus Prime would have been preferable. There have been four TF animes in the past 7 years, surely there would have been more than enough Prime footage to use.
