  • You can't pump so much toxins into the environment and not expect a destructive reaction.

This is a manipulative, story-telling, deceptive opinion piece. It is simply garbage.

  • @RichGilly nobody denies that. But whether that is in the form of WARMING is the problem.

  • Science is made science by organized predictability and applicationThe real issue is what is supposed to happen this year? Next? There's really a big issue that needs to be taken apart piece by piece. Claiming a prediction after the facts does nothing. The real fact, we should have gone nuclear decades ago. As for Beck, he's just the polar opposite of Al Gore.

  • Search NASA 2000-2009 was the warmest decade on record

  • I'm always skeptical about anything a known ideologue gets really excited about. This includes both Al Gore and Glenn Beck.

Every single time some previous scientific analysis is proven inadequate/poor, or proven to be in need of revision, everyone says "HA!! SEE? These guys were full of BS back then, which means they're full of BS today and should never be trusted again."

That isn't rational, and it certainly doesn't help one maintain an open mind in the future.

  • Sorry Marxist Warm-mongers........

    But....

Go to INFORMATIONLIBERATION website for a great expose of Al Fraud & the Marxist warm-mongers

How does relocating Industry from the West which has Environmental & Human Rights laws to countries that have little to no Environmental or even human rights laws help stop Global warming?

Al Gore helped engineer the economic destruction via NAFTA/GATT & WTO & now our children are being poisoned by Chinese slave labor made junk

  • It's not as far as economic destruction, it's a reversal to mideval economics (i.e. no middle class) With the brute labor outsourced, it's becomes more and more two extremes of poverty and wealthy managerial careers. That's the scary truth.

  • You know what?I don't give a damn shit about all these sayings, but I am sure a phenomenon that is not natural or changing the balances in nature is got to be a big shit someday.

The way that China and US shitting into the sky is outbalancing the normal system for sure.

  • pause at 3:33, i see a hockey stick graph...

  • Hold on Everybody--

This video isn't saying science is bad. It is saying Al Gore's science is bad.

Since when did it become a political issue to point to somebody's math homework and tell them they forgot to carry the two?

  • I agree Al Gore makes real Global Warming look bad, he makes a bigger wrench than any given "denier".

  • Global Warming is becoming old, sigh

    it's all Bullshit!

We've had a very rough winter this year, not to mention 267 records broken by record cold, give it up already!

    Hoax! Hoax!

    Fuck Al Gore!

    copy paste:trublu45458,heartsspades28

  • @trublu45458 global warming causes extreme weather vairations from extreme cold to extreme heat so get ur facts right before posting bullshit comments how and ever i do agree that it could be weather cycles coming back around as it isnt as cold now as it was 50 years ago and that we are causing damage to the ozone layer which could be a direct result of why it has got warmer and colder than ever

  • Al Gore should be sued for every penny he has or ever will have for the bullshit the he's tried to peddle!

  • Global Warming is becoming old, sigh

    it's all Bullshit!

We've had a very rough winter this year, not to mention 267 records broken by record cold, give it up already!

    Hoax! Hoax!

    Fuck Al Gore!

  • this is the biggest bs ive ever seen.

  • It wasn't even entertaining... it is a boring lie lol

  • "Remember, mankind's addition of more carbon dioxide to the atmosphere is only one molecule of CO2 for every 100,000 molecules of air every 5 years; do we really believe that such a small influence would have catastrophic effects?"

  • the rushie neocons are sooo much like killers charlie manson and jefferie dahmer that i confuse the three ... it's sooo hard to relate to them ... one is making $40M a year ... such a guy would probably drive the largest hummer that you can imagine ... filling up its 100 gallon gasoline tanks twice a week then climbs into his personal 747 ... scoffing at global warming ... insisting that using 200 gigabarrels of oil a year does absolutely nothing to the environment ... and his minions eat it up

  • No action on climate ... it is the official position of the rushie neocons ... more oil and coal electric plants ... more nuclear plants that need oil and coal electric plants to make their fuel rods ... it fattens their wallets ... but ask any hunter ... any fisherman ... the number of animals and life forms are now dying by the hundreds of thousands ... it is very noticeable out in the field ... jeffery dahmer i mean the rushie are killers ... they scoff at the animal deaths ... polar bear

  • Al says... there's no disagreement among scientists about whether the problem is real. come on Al, you gotta be kidding me. there's disagreement about EVERYTHING!

  • There is only group of people you can trust less than scientists is politicians not a good combination ..I dont trust either...

  • i've never heard a news narrator get so in to it... he was kind of off-putting.

  • almost every show like the simpsons makes fun of this because our government won't do anything about this.

  • If you dont think that Global Warming is real try reading a book, it might help you better understand that its not about politicians.

  • The only "hot" thing about global warming is all the subsidies that the "complying" scientists get to give arguments to politicians to tax air (CO2). Global warming is the sneakiest and most devious plot ever to introduce global taxation.

  • im going to laugh at all the scientists in 2050 that said global warming isnt real

  • It's true.

Most of the problems in "An Inconvenient Truth" are catastrophically exaggerated. I remember hearing from a scientific study by a meteorological professor that less than 5% of all CO2 emissions are caused by humans. Up yours, Al Gore. Global Warming may be a bit of a problem, but you're blowing things way out of proportion.

  • either way if u exxagerate punching someone to the point of killing someone u still punched someone

  • what? shut up.

  • You sound so convincing "hearing" from a "meterological professor" that humans emit 5% of the CO2. That is just plain wrong.

  • Stop farting Al. You're causing Global Warming!

  • If Al Gore was honest he would turn down the prize...If Al Gore wasn't a meglomaniac he might be president.......if Al Gore were honest he never would have made his crockumentory

  • Al Gore is a major Chicken Little......hysteria unchained

  • The sun is the earths main source of heat. When the sun flares up and goes through a more active stage, the temp here on earth will increase. As a result of this increase more CO2 is released from the oceans.

Which put more CO2 into the atmosphere then humans ever have.

Its just a natural process. Nothing to be fearful of.

  • Citation?

I have never heard of that before.

  • I don't understand. If there is a concesus between all scientist, then why are governments funding more studies? Either there is an undisputable concensus or there is not. If it is undisputable, then more studies to 'prove' it would be pointless.

  • To get votes.

If must people believe it and you want their vote then you give them a show of caring.

  • Consensus? There is none. Skeptics include, Patrick Moore, cofounder of Greenpeace; Richard Lindzen, professor of meteorology at MIT; Patrick Michaels, Research Professor of

Environmental Sciences at the University of Virginia; Nigel Calder, editor of New Scientist; John Christy, professor and director of the Earth System Science Center at University of Alabama; Paul Reiter of the Pasteur Institute.

  • And saved. So that I can watch it again in 30 years :)

  • Haha. LOL!

  • People! Bush is talking about war with Iran, Putin of Russia annihilates Chechnya and our planet in the meantime is becoming...nuts.

They don't give a damn, and are busy with "mother" and "father" of all bombs. SOS!

  • exxonmobil or other fuel dealers and CO2 emitters,

if one of them is the sponsor for this video,

    it makes sense

  • This propaganda video is so frustrating to watch. The talking heads in this video are a very, very small miority in the scientific community. There is now no debate on this issue. One of the guys was even a proponent of "global cooling" which has been completely refuted. The fact is that global temperature is rising at an unprecedented rate and this correlates directly with the precipitous increase of atmospheric CO2 concentration after the indus. rev. Coincidence? I think not.

  • "IF" what al gore says is only partly true, shouldnt we still bend over backwards to help the planet that gave birth to us. Especially when looking at the evidence, not just that dosed out in A.I.T. but all through out the science journals. Then again all we do is follow the media, eh, just do whatever your tv tells u to do.

  • People forget ITS A MOVIE wich means its NOT REAL

every time you see the tag "BASED ON A TRUE STORY"

that just means the names are real or the places are real its usally added on to the movie afterwords to help market something people would otherwise skip.

  • helrod, go to play...

  • go to play... what the hell does that mean? Fear sells better than sex

  • You're stupid, dont fuck around here, its not for morons, asshole

  • cont- Just think about it. were there any industrial activities in the ancient days? it wasnt only until the 18th century that industralisation started. and it is still multiplied today. So it can only make sense that climate change is caused by humans. now that, is the inconvienient truth about our world today.

  • notice what the interviewees said. "most climatologists "THINK" that the temperature was really high before the ice age". now that WAS an assumption that could not be backed up by evidence. its the same thing with the theory of evolution which now faces challenges based on scientific evidence that it is wrong. i think we shd instead focus on RECENT results, and that is the fact that CO2 levels are rising higher than ever before.

  • "most climatologists "THINK" that the temperature was really high before the ice age". now that WAS an assumption...'' '' ...and that is the fact that CO2 levels are rising higher than ever before.'' It's nice to know you have conclusive data on the earth's entire hero.

  • His documentary may have been partially flawed, but that is most likely because nobody bothered to study this before him. this video says the hockey stick isnt in the graph, that may be true but none the less - the last 50 years its shot up. What is the difference between the last 10 000(-the last 50-70) years vs. the last 50 years? Facories, vehicles, you name it.

  • This video is even flawed (says the hockey stick doesnt show, but doesnt say it still rises, Co2 rises because of heat, what causes the heat?) so, think about it, what video isnt flawed.

  • Replace "global warming" with terrorism... and you've got Glenn Beck and other conservatives' entire talking point buffet. Even if I take Glenn Beck and his talking heads' word (and why wouldn't I???), this seems to only point out the hypocrisy of criticizing global warming warnings while then saying "We've got to stay ahead and kill more of the terrorists then they do of us." (rough quote)

  • Hey stormguy. You don't know any mormons, do you? I haven't heard what Glen Beck believes specifically, but most mormons I know (myself included) do NOT believe in a literal creation of seven periods of 24 hours each. And FYI, the Book of Mormon is silent on the creation.

  • Glenn beck is one of those dummies who believes that everything is created in just seven days, and that the earth's age is 6000 yrs old, as the bible says.

What kind of evidence does he have? What does he know about global warming? He probably chooses his mormon book over any scientific evidence.

But I have to say that I do agree with him on several social issues.

  • There are no exaggerations - anyone who has ever studied the science will agree!

  • Great video, a nice little bit giving a glimpse into the BS of Al Gore's documentary.
