@MobianShoopIndustry If I recall correctly, then you need to use it as you would a normal item, you need to be standing next to the door.

@MobianShoopIndustry I think you press up + the standard whip attack to use an item normally? Which is what you do with the key I think. But it's been ages since I've played it so I might be remembering wrong.

Maria from Dracula X: Chi No Rondo (Circle of Blood) for the PCE is a lot cuter and has a more pleasant voice than in the PSP version and that is pretty sad considering the 14 years difference between the PCE and the PSP...

But thanks for posting this.This game has a lot of paths and you can easily get lost in it.

Unless your son is under 8 I wouldn't consider the meager amount of violence in this to be too much unless he's more easily influenced than most childen of that age.

However the other issue is the difficulty of the game, which can frustrate people quite easily, though children are far more often than not able to adapt to the difficulty better than older folk.

only ones that should not bleed are the skeletons and axe armour

nah they don't bleed when attacked with whip. if you notice in SOTN enemies that bleed only bleed when cut with sword... kunckles, rods and richter's whip etc don't make any enemies bleed...
