it's alright... hardest part is learning to use your hands indivdually... cause your right hand does al ot more when playing the banjo than it does when playing the guyitar you have to be able to think with both hands

you have to think with both hands for guitar too... i picked up banjo pretty easily after playing guitar for awhile. banjo may be even a bit easier, most the standard chords are easier to transition amongst compared to guitar

Proper finger picking and rolls with finger picks is much more difficult than any other instrument I have played.

and it all depends on the song... because you can play a guitar pretty hard with your right... only the strings are harder... unless its electric.........
