@barisax25 Yeah, I know. But if she was scarily emaciated in 2004, how come she appeared in men's magazine MAXIM right before the Athens 2004 Games? Don't you need big boobs to be in mens mags? She was always flatchested like me. And I get made fun of because of being small chested like she was back in her days. I don't get it:/
@akawhippy Well, I don't think any magazine would turn down the chance to feature an Olympic athlete, and one of the most successful ones to boot. Personally, I don't believe a flat chest has anything to do with beauty. I think the media is always going to distort people's perceptions of what is beautiful. Don't worry about your own lack of boobage. You are beautiful in your own way, and you can look to Sveta for inspiration. She may have been flat but she rocked the attitude! You can too!
@barisax25 Also, just so you know, she got pregnant right after Athens 2004 and gave birth to a healthy baby boy in July 2005. I'm also as slim as she was during her career. So her body changed just because of that. She was never fat or pudgy. But believe me. I can tell you that that will be me after having a baby: thin but with curves.
@barisax25 Also, what I hear most about guys is that: "Girls with curves are better." How come many guys adored her despite she was super skinny? May be the myth is true: Guys do like thin girls.
@akawhippy Well, there is someone for everybody. I'm sure there are guys who are into thin girls, just like there's guys who are into curves. But there's a difference between looking thin and looking unhealthy. Svetlana in the 96 olympics was thin but she was healthy looking then. I still believe she looked scary skinny in 2004.
I love her look here, soft and feminine. During gymnastics, her looks were so hard.

How did she do in this competition? I haven't seen any of her other performances but it seems to me that Shawn Johnson has nothing on Sveta Khorkina.
