  • The ps3 was in development long before Nintendo announced specs for their new console. Also a third party came out with a motion sensing controller for the ps1 in Japan but it never really took off so they didn't release it anywhere else. This is the modern world; everybody copies everyone else in some orm, get used to it.

  • Ever heard of the FUCKING Power Glove for NINTENDO ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM. The power glove was made in the 1980's. Before Sony ever even created the first gen Playstation. Sony copied off Nintendo for years. Miyamoto will always be the true game developer mastermind

  • Wow, ok, calm down. I'm not an expert in video games history.

    My point is that Sony were planning on having motion sensing in their console before Nintendo announced they would be having motion sensing in their now called 'Wii' console. So they copied the technology maybe but they didn't copy the Wii.

  • i thought the video was brilliant i loved the way he put the controller over his shoulder and started waving it that was awsome i think wii is going to be the best thing for fat people....well or kids with a/d/d i would watn wii the console looks reall classy and the games look incredibly fun and everyone keeps trying to include wii with ps3 and xbox but nintendos beyound them in there own lvl so youcan compare them.

  • There are alot of games besides Zelda. The graphics are probably better than older consoles. With gameplay, it will finally mean console players finally get some excercise! (I don't own a Wii, I'm just playing devil's advocate.)

    patio87, sure they've been around but they were gimmicky. Also they wii controller isn't gyroscopic, it uses electron movement. And it's a pointer system as well.

  • Gyro controllers are nothing new. They've been around for more then 10 years. They had them for the original Playstation.

  • The controller on the Wii is not Gyro its solid state motion sensored. And belive me the Wii controler is nothing like the crap you used with the old playstation. The Wii controller is really responsive even to the slightest movement not like other motion controllers where they just went left, right, forwards backwards with out any degree of control.
