i flew the exact same flight to rome. and also sat in business class. its absolutely great. infact on my way home from london i flew first on an american 777 but i literaly had the same service as business class . just with a bit more room. very neat

Yeah - American Airlines suck. Crappy Business class, Crappy First Class comapred to every other airline.

clearly you havent seen the business or first class of an international flight on American Airlines. i would say its comperable if not better than a lot of international airlines.
