TOO FAR ??? LMAO! I was as close as I could GET without being ON stage! I was right on the rail at this show! The stage was really high though.
Yeah, I don't think my camera HAS an active zoom control. It's an older camera. I always was under the assumption that it could not be zoomed once you started filming. I could be wrong...and if so, please tell me how to make it zoom in a PM.
Did you try zoom while in Standby mode? I've owned the P41 model as well as P73 and a newer one then that even, but I pawned it as I preferred the P73
I'm blown away! Reaction in the audience is funny. I imagine this song somewhere here in Europe on a Festival.. CHICKENFOOT were playin a 14 min. version of bad Motor. I went crazy, the rest... liked it. I taped it completely, somehow i must find a way to split it. To long. Thanx for this one1
Capture it to PC in sections, if you use analog. I wonder why no ZOOM control was used here, it's too damn far from the action on stage, but sound's good
Sound quality is not the greatest, BUT that's OK!!! That IS a Kick Ass Rock & Roll Band. Awesome!!! Love to see them tour more & put out an album of their best stuff....there is a LOT!!!
I saw Montrose play in 1975 in Pekin, Illinois!!!! Excellent show!!
smytb....yeah, you right. The sound is awful. But its great to see Ronnie & Sammy together. I had a girlfriend in Pekin, IL. I dumped her when she didnt even know what the capital of Illinois was. She lived in Pekin,.........I am from New England and I knew it for god sake. Good luck to her. However.......Cathy Hinds, its been over 35 years but I still love you......bowling alley Cathy if you are still out there. This song is dedicated to you...I wish I could rock the nation to find you.
I never knew a way to Zoom DURING FILMING with this camera. You can pre-set a zoom distance BEFORE recording but once you start filming, that's where it's set at the whole time. If there's an active zoom feature on mine, that's news to me! LOL!
OMFG!!!! Never thought THIS would have happened! One of my all time favorite rock songs and LIVE to boot! I gotta look to see if bad moter scooter is here also. Thank you for posting this and I can only hope that they tour again!
Yup. my biggest influence when i began. I was playing in the Dane Rinehart Band inside Cabo Wabo that night. we were supposed to come up early enough to see Sammy open for himself, with Ronnie and Denny, and Bill. missed it. i was pissed. anyway, Denny was inside later eating dinner with his family. always wanted to meet him, but...didn't. but i was playing Drums about 15 ft. from him, and we did "rock Candy!" lol too cool. hope he liked my feel.
Great to hear again but jeez Ronnie, move a little bit. Guess it doesn't matter, he sounds great. Smokin' tune with original memebers Bill Church on Bass and Denny Carmassin on the skins. Sammy shows at least he's still got it. What might of been!
That montrose album has to be one of the best rock albums of all time!!!Remember listening to this as we cruised state street in slc utah in 1975

Yeah! Great to be that close for sure... my compliments to you for getting that song
live from when they got back together. Wish they'd do it again, and do a tour with them doing the entire first album LIVE!

It doesn't have ANY model numbers on it that begin with the letter P...so I don't know what model it is.

Sorry about the poor sound quality...but that's the best I could do with my little Sony Cybershot camera. :-)
Hope you find your bowling alley lady someday.

I believe you CAN Zoom even in vid mode on a Cybercam, I own two of them. Use Zoom then start and stop recording

YEah, the same zoom used for still shots on a Cybercam, they do double-duty so the features are sparse
MetallicBill 2 years ago
I tried it with this camera and this one will NOT zoom in movie mode. Could be this one's an older model than what you have had.

Gooooood stuff! This line up needs to tour more extensively. And Ronnie should let Sammy play some rhythm guitar on a few songs.
