hey, are chaco z/1s supposed to fit like this? they look kind of short on you. i only ask this because my z/1s fit similar to yours and i almost sized up in fear that my toes were too close to coming off of the front of the sandal.
These sandals have been absolutely awful so far. I've had them for less than a week and i've gotten 3 blisters. I pull on the straps as hard as i can in the correct order and they won't budge. Everything i've tried to do so far have done nothing. Why won't the straps adjust?
@pownerthe1st Go to Chaco.com where they recommend a mixture of fabric softener and water poured in the holes where the straps come out of the sandal. If that does not work, ship your pair back to them and they will do whatever needs to be done to make things right.
