As a matter of fact, YES that's exactly their goal. They want to MAXIMIZE every penny that flows through their filthy fingers, even if it's only for a millisecond, so that through the miracle of Fractional Reserve Banking they can multiply it ten-fold in their ledgers to create MORE fiat money for themselves out of thin air. This is why they HATE to ever simply "cash" checks, and why they'll do anything to avoid doing so.

I'm not buying the "official story"; IRS worker on a blog mentioned something about where they would have alternative "housing".

I doubt the note was written by him, I completely doubt it, and now even though there are things that are discrepancies.
