It's sad to me that Durant will only ever be a higher scoring, worse defending George Gervin. His lack of skills when it comes to passing, rebounding and defending will never allow him to be in the GOAT discussion. His limit is HOF while Blake's is top 20 player, greatest PF of all time potential. Even if I wasn't a Clippers fan it's pretty clear Blake has a much higher potential and brighter future than Durant.

You guys also can't forget.. Blake is averaging 23 ppg as a superstar garbage man. Once he consistently hits his jumper, learns to play better off the ball and gets better at reading defenses with experience... dude is going to be a legit 30 ppg threat. I see his prime honestly being around 30 ppg, 14 rpg, 4-5 apg and 1 bpg, 1 spg on very efficient shooting. It may seem laughable now... but by season end he may be at 24 ppg, 13 rpg, 4-5 apg as a rookie already.
