I'm fixing my speaker by bridging it's capacitor and i accentaly bridge the backlight fuse. my lcd opens but no light comes out. i re solder the backlight fuse and it went okay. now both my speaker and LCD functions well... thanks man for the vid.

when i plug both ribbons of the lcd screen to my psp 2000 the backlight doesn't come on and i onyl hear the sound but the i just connect the backlight ribbon to a psp 3000 the light comes on can you help me?

Can you please tell me how to check continuity of a fuse? My PSP 2001 will not power on at all, so I disassembled it and got the board out. I've located the TB fuse (which is apparently the power fuse) and need to check if its burnt out.

hey nice video there 5stars, i was wonder is there anyway to tell the fuse is broken, mine looks fine but backlight don't work.

and when i try to poke the two fuse next to it while my psp with a metal stick the fuse sparks and psp shuts off, don't think i will damage anything this way ive tried it few times just to wonder what are those fuse, do you know?

i broke the little latch or lock whatever you call it that holds the ribbon from the lcd thats why the back light can't work. should i just directly solder the ribbon to the motherboard

there were problem with the blacklight .when i turn the on the psp there were sound but no image so i solder it because the fuse was damage.
