In my book, I wrongly posted that a 2.5 RRC was better. However, with the indoor trainer tyres, I think it's now okay to go lower, down to 2 or even 1.5. However, you're at 210psi, which is wayyyyyyy too high, and could cause the wheel to fail. Use 100-110psi if you can, so the tube can expand.
OnlineBike, not sure what you mean, as I said in the commentary the tyre is inflated to 110psi, well below it's rated maximum pressure.
