finally the moon one - if you hold your fingers over the heads, you'll see numbers, these are the order you have to tap them in: 194, 27, 26, 14, 9, 3, 2.5, 1, .4, this would take a bit too long so if not:

what i did to do this is i drew the heads on a bit of paper and wrote the order in them (e.g 1, 2, 3 etc.). when i did it i held the piece of paper close so i could see which order to do it in. practice makes perfect too! just do it quickly.

106 - errm just practice really, try watching the bit over again to see the route i take, just stay on the road and move slow and steady
