Well.. then you really have a low eduction or something like that:). Because 90% of the dutch people (or so) can really read and hear the german language very well.. Okey maybe not very well, but really some words are even the same or the germans/dutch just changed a few things in the words. It's not like you need to learn a whole new language like let's say, japanese or even spanish.
