from what i understand, she had a rough start joining the other musumes. dancing was actually her biggest weakness. they'd ride her pretty hard during rehearsals. and it didnt help being the only 7th generation member so having like 12 senpais and no peers was probably overwhelming. they'd also pick on her quirks alot since her original persona was acutally quite unique and humble. now she's a dancing idol machine! most of her haters are those who arent accustomed to her rapid progression but...

well..it's not as much picking on her but more like persistent mentoring. even though they each compete for the spotlight, they still have to do well as a group. the problem is that she was so much younger so she didnt get to hang out with everyone after work and build the "casual bonds" that everyone else had. she only had the strong resolve to not be the weak link in the chain. and thats where most fans get the impression that she's "fake" but it's really just her drive to be a good idol

Ok bull shit all of u who hate her singing. If ur insulting her whan watching it go to hell. If ur better than her in singing then why aren't you the one whose famouse like her. You see she's rich, pretty and you are......... NOTHING. If your japanese and your reading this (im japanese too) then you know how hard it is to sing in japanese.
