yeah few people understand how hard that really is and how many barriers a gaijin would have to get over to get into such a field in japan. not an easy path to choose in life at all.

Also, I can't see a limit to being tattoo'd being enforced by the COUNCIL. Council applies to an Area, so that doesn't make much sense. :/

Actually, a tattooist will NORMALLY tattoo for 3-4 hours, that is their session depending on the piece. have you heard of Diego Azaldegui? I live in Leeds, he is very famous. He travels to America and many other places tattooing. My chest piece took one 6 hour session, including colour. My friends have got tats too, they've had tats well over 2 hours.

What's the age for tattoo's and piercings in japan. Because I turn 18 in April, and I'd really love to get a tattoo done in japan before I leave. I already have one I got before I left that has alot of meaning towards my one year trip here, and I think it would be great to get the continuation of that tattoo in japan.

i believe it is 20. but i could be wrong. most age restrictions are not well enforced though in japan so it depends on the shop.

he said there were some apartment buildings that had showers on rooftops. so do some hostiles here.

hair is never a big deal in japan. some schools have asked me to hide the gauges before. i always 100 percent hide the tats..no questions asked. gotta.
