TY so much it was shut down when i was growing up But it was still a land mark and one that i miss more then words can say i might not have ever steped into that place but it was a part of the past the old days that i Wish so very much would come back to this town. It's like this town is not home anymore
Having documented dozens of drive ins myself, I must tell you that personnally, I have a good feeling about finding out a drive in I've documented is gone. I'm sad, sometimes angry about the loss, but deep down I am happy that I captured a moment in time that alows it to, in a way, live on. You can be proud of documenting this wonderful drive in. Its' history is enhanced by your efforts and this entertaining clip is really appreciated!
=) I miss that place soooo much!! I remember going with my family when I was a kid. We had a woody wagon and would pile up in the back and watch movies! =( Wish they would build a new drive-in in Seymour! Thanks for uploading this GREAT MEMORIES! =)
My Aunt and Uncle would take us here when we were kids. I remember sitting in front of their 76 Monte Carlo watching the movie until the gravel got too hard to sit on. She would always get a dill pickle from the snack bar and we would get hot dogs and a soda. Brings back many memories seeing this again. Thanks for posting.
@theshatnerman4242 Thanks, when I recorded this YouTube didn,t exist! I was simply recording this for myself because I knew it would be gone soon, I tried to just hold the camera still on each scene so I could just look at it once in a while without having to keep stopping and going forward or backward.
