I started training parkour at 37, after a year and a half of training (almost 39 now) I am stronger and faster than I have been at any point in my life. As you said in the video it's not all about big jumps and high drops, but still the techniques for landing from drops are still useful to train because when you need to you know you can do it. I just try to avoid training the high impact stuff as often as the younger guys.
Hmm you are addressing an important question here. Parkour is all about progression and personal improvement. Age is a factor, but it doesn't mean that you can never learn parkour after a certain age.
soo i can just practice parkour for the rest of my life...dope
