Ive been pepper sprayed and milk didnt magnify the pain at all. I would say it helped a little bit, but it only seemed to help as it was being poured on my face, as soon as they stopped the pain would come back lol. What I found most effective was a frozen bag of vegetables.

milk won't help pepper spray. since pepper spray is oil based, it doesn't dissolve in water or any liquid except detergents and bleaches. the water and milk make it worse by spreading the oil further on your face. if you want to get rid of it you have to use high powered water jet to force the oil off of your face for 30 minute or more. or you can use a mix of detergent and water to dissolve some of it.

Yeah, it took about 45minutes for the burning to go away but it was manageable after about 10 minutes. I could only see out of one eye and it felt like my face was on fire. I was able to handle the pain and I could still resist, just the thought of more pepper spray kept me calm. I am now authorized to carry pepper spray while on duty. Pepper spray sucks and other people handle the pain differently, I knew what I was in for and prepared myself for it. Bad guys probably aren't prepared.

Milk does not get rid of it, LOL! You need soap and water. You have to was that stuff off repeatedly. It's oil based so you have to use a soap that brakes oil. Regardless everyone takes this stuff differently. Panicking is the worse thing he's done with this shit.

I don't feel bad for him because he knew he was going to be sprayed and should have better prepared himself for it like I did during training. Be careful to no breath it in. If your careful you can minimize the effects it still sucks.
