A portable King of Fighters game developed by the ex-SEGA staff at Artoon, responsible for Pinobee, Blinx, Yoshi's Island DS, Blue Dragon, Away: Shuffle Dungeon and the upcoming FlingSmash. This is one of Artoon's lackluster efforts... As a portable KoF game seemingly based on KoF 99, it's poorly programmed. Fortunately, the sequel KoF EX2: Howling Blood is much better.

@laurence231 lol, there's a training mode and a command list, though some moves can be a little stubborn due to lag in the input.

the gba is shit even i don't like it when i 1st played this!!
