Whenever I am mounting a tight hole on a hard surface, I start out drilling just a little before making the hole bigger. Sometimes lubrication helps in this process.

Ok, so what did you use to clean the tile with? I've got a project similar to this one where I'm laying tile onto a counter top & need to fill the spaces with grout/filler. I have the tiles already glued & laid in place & have the bucket of grout. I just need to fill it, but what cleaner to use? & how long before I use it so it sets?

@anthrocrane follow the instructions exactly on the grout package. There is no cleaner needed and remember to seal the grout when you're finihed and have fun doing it ; )
