I do agree, this version sounds much more epic and engaging than the last one. Good job. =)
Though I think your line, "Do you have what it takes to be the Blue Bomber," could have been drawn out and gritty, because your following line builds up the action. So this line here should be poking at the audience, prodding and provoking them, intimidating them with the subconscious question "can they live up to the challenge?"
@FilmmakerJ I am truly grateful for your feedback. Yeah, it wasn't all perfect, but I've always looked at things as something you can better, if you cannot perfect yourself. Being in the theatre will do that to you. Also, I'd like to ask if you're curious as to where I got the idea for the clapper annotations at the start. I'll give you a hint - you did an impression of a character from the website it's from.
When my video starts and I (as a "recording staff engineer") say "Mega Man 9 Promo, Take 2" just before I come on, you see annotations that I put together intending to pass them off for something like a clapperboard, like how they do in movies. In the future, maybe they'll be different, but I thought I'd do that for the sake of creativity and a joke as well as letting viewers know this is my second take.
You know, not many people have watched the previous video. So it wasn't really necessary to point out that this was a second take, unless you had left the previous take uploaded, or both takes were in the same video.
I personally have to say the lines in my impressions 5-25 times before I'm happy with them. Which is why I jump cut between the best takes so that it sounds as good as it can.
@FilmmakerJ I removed my first take before too many people could see it and point out my mistakes. And they'd probably think it was a little on the flat side. Since I've gotten a few trolls on my impression of Robin Williams, I couldn't help but get the urge to do a retake in order to avoid taking any crap from people like that. Truth be told, I tested myself about 7 times before I decided this would do and I also played it back on both my camera and computer before uploading.

Other than that, it sounds great.

@ChadTheVoiceOverGuy
I have no idea what you mean by "Clapper annotations." You'll have to clarify.
