  • Decent. More informative then most other videos, but not very professional. My suggestion would be to tone it down on the messing around and the noise. The explanation on how to sauter was good, but if expertvillage made longer videos, i would rather watch them. All in all decent job though. Expertvillage never gave a real demonstration.
