I cook the same way. without measuring things. I kinda just add things. Love this dish and bulgogi. Can your father make bi bim bap? More importantly kimchee?

i would like to know what the ingredients were, too, if you don't mind. maybe a good idea would be to put a list of ingredients before the video, like maangchi does. :) and since it can get noisy, maybe some subtitle in the noisy parts. the food looks delicious, though!!! your dad seems like a great cook! :D
Yeah, it's a lot better than beef galbi, more tender and juicy.
