I belive he stopped due to a restricting or medium approach a CP5 which could've been cause by a jam at CP Draw by ethier an NS or CSX move across, which would place another train ahead of him with a medium at CP2. The other possibility was that he was headed into Seneca to drop off some cars and track 3 was tied up, so he was waiting for clearnce in and to make sure the switches were lined. Just my thoughts, great vid and nice catch with that ATSF un-patched!
Nice Video! The reason why the ditch lights on the BNSF dont blink is most forign power usually dont (Most western or canadian railroads dont) But CSX and NS do.

That's a Nathan K-5LA horn, but it's fouled (the lowest and highest notes are not sounding; only 3 notes are heard).
