Im off friday to Mumbai, then Goa, Nepal for some volunteer work then Singapore-Phillipines-New Zealand... 6 months in all....spent alot of time tavelling South East Asia.. Reckon India is gonna be different.....
Its a good documentary... but were you aware of the norms and values in India... Filming people who are washing themselves isn't that polite. I just hope you asked permission to film these people.... otherwise... it should be a wise lesson for the future...
was it really a big deal?? how does it matter what song they put in what section..no one really specified that every country would have its own regional music played with it..now did it??
btw..the song is south indian..probably tamil..with a name like Ramesh..U should know the difference there.
Man, Tyson, I love your stuff. Ive been thinking about going to India for a while now and when I do I hope its as incredible as your journey. Minus the rusty knife stab wound.
That was a great video. I've been looking for cool travel videos on YouTube and this is one of the best. I hope you don't mind. I posted it on my website StrayCompassDOTcom. Message me if you have any other videos that you would recommend.
Wow. That just put all my BC vacation videos to shame! I was glued to the screen. Dude, you need to get a travel TV show man. That was so entertaining, informative and well edited. I loved the shots of you guys dancin at The Taj Mahal! What software editing did you use? Pinacle? I'm stealing a few idea's for my next video. Thanks man. I'm going to go and watch all your other video's now.
PS: Did buddy recover OK from the rusty stab wound?
Wow, Cool doco you have there! This clip has definitely helped me get some ideas on how to construct/ edit my travel videos. I think you should check out LonelyPlanet's new travel website, LonelyPlanetTV, a site where you can share your short travel documentaries/ clips. I just found out that they are launching a competition to launch the site and thought that you might be interested, Submit some of your clips! They're wicked. Anyway just wanted to give you a heads up.Keep up the gr8 work!
i did not share the same sentiments with regards to a few of your comments because i AM from S. Asia- Nepal. It was funny how for Nepal's segment, you had Tamil music playing lol... I think it was awesome overall since u're canadian and all..I am in canada rite now as a student and if only Canadians did more travelling like u guys did..i just dun understand how they cant with the awesome passport and all the affluence... o well..good for u guys and perhaps more ppl should do this eh? :)
nice video don't stop making films if it truly moves you, which it seems to do. Safe future travels. Try Iquitos, Peru and live with the shamans in the amazon for a while.
