I"m kind of a mix when it comes to this movie

I love it, and dislike it at the same time...Jason seems more humanized in the reboot version, but i find that to be more intimidating...I also find Derek Mear to be a better Jason than Kane H...but thats just my oppinion...either way, I LOVE BLOOD AND WATCHING JASON KILL THOSE STUPID PEOPLE!!!!! I don't understand the hate Mears' Jason receives. I personally find 2009 Jason to be the most intimidating of all the interpretations. 2009 Jason can run after you, throw axes and shoot arrows at you, set Vietnam-esque booby traps, and actually think ahead and plan his attacks. The other Jasons usually have to rely on the stupidity of their victims or he sneaks up on them. Mears' Jason can easily kill his victims in hand-to-hand combat without relying on supernatural strength or invincibility.

The reboot SUCKED. Mears is a BUM. Jason does not run period. We see him sharpening his weapons now?? We're one step away from watching Jason play with his archery set and doing wind sprints. The "reboot" goes right up there with #5.
