  • That was awesome!! Thank you!

  • I recited this poem too. In the version I read the line went "That flies IN the night" not "through the night."

  • This is my favorite poem!!! Great choice for reading.

  • i like that. you have such a great voice, you seriously could do that for a living.

  • yeah poetry reading is a good concept.

  • cool

  • I like the readings, they are inspiring. Keep making them!

  • thats really cool how over time we can all see how your candle has burned away...slowly.

  • Yeah, I stuck it there as a prop for my "Anchorite" video, and then decided to get as much use out of it as I could.

  • Great reading! How about some Poe and Whitman?

  • Thanks. I don't know if I'm up for Whitman. But I might do some Poe.

  • i agree...that was well paced....well done...i enjoyed it..it goes to show that 30seconds of poetry can be moving if read well.:}

  • Yes, you seem to like the darker stuff; I added Walt for contrast. You'd also be good for Coolridge's "Ozmandius." And the "Center does not hold, things fall apart..." Duhh, I can't recall the poet = no caffeine yet.

  • Yeats, "Second Coming." (Duh, brain freeze.) -- Tho' I think you want more esoteric stuff, right? Mr. Poe's "Alone," "Israfel," "Dream-Land," "Eldorado," "The Conqueror Worm," and "A Dream Within a Dream." I don't see/hear those around much, maybe the last two a bit.

  • Yeah!! I'm one of the first persons to watch this!!!
