  • Nice ride, Love the old LR's

  • where did you get you galvanized frame?

  • @jettarulz England...I can't remember the exact company...

  • @jettarulz Paddock spares sell a complete galvanised chassis, 88" and 109"

    Hope this helps.

  • Very very nice! Got to get my finger out and complete mine.

  • Congratulations on an absolutely fabulous Land-Rover. I have a '68 Series 2A 88" and a '73 Series 3 109" pick-up. I love these trucks. I have yet to find someplace they won't go. Your's is one of the nicest I've seen.

  • @2274Bob Thanks...I wish I didn't sell it now...I hear it is somewhere in Tennessee...

  • EXCELLANT rebuild, a really, really fine Landy, one of the better 2a's I've seen -- But TOO NICE to take off-roading? Fer Crissakes, you put a ROLLBAR innit! What's it for but to use? You coulda bought a cheap Landcruiser to trash-n-thrash on weekends if ya just couldn't BEAR the idea of denting and scratching your car, or if it was a daily driver. I agree, MUCH too nice to abuse, but you'll probably never find one again as nice, & certainly not at the price or cost. SOME cars are KEEPERS.

  • @starmanskye Thanks...I just wish I didn't sell it...

  • very good work !!

did it have diff lock ?

  • @kilaaa1 nope no diff lock.

  • Excelente video, me permite ver al detalle como era este modelo en su año, soy propietario de un 1962 en fase de restauracion muy similar a este del video.

  • where did you get the frame from??

  • nice land rover i have 2 land rovers just like that 1965 model but yours is very much well preserved than mine
