  • If kept at 5psi, how reliable do you think it would have been? And it does sound amazing

  • hey ive got a couple qustions i am wanting to turbo my 06 600rr the same way what did you do for the airbox, fuel, and pipeing i would like to talk to you about it if you dont mind thanks

  • WTF!!!! how much revs? sounded like 22k or something....lol

  • Se escucha como una BW's.

  • i wonder if they make one of these kits for a 06 gsxr600. because my exhaust isnt a under tail.. hmmm

  • @robertmike219

My 2011 R6 just put 121 to the wheels, but I also have shit done to it, no turbo or bottle. But they aren't anywhere close to that stock I do agree there

  • @hrdcorerockr14 unless you did serious internal work--- an exhaust, air filter, and map alone WONT get you 121 to the floor. unless your already reading inflated dynojet numbers (which already read %15-17 higher than ACTUAL rwhp) you are actually getting about a true 102-3 rwhp.

  • It really does sound badass.

  • you rear mounted it to your a** !

  • 105 at the wheel their is a diffrance

  • most people think 600cc bike have 120 130 hp but there only around 105 stock 06 and up

  • @kkeith15getz 120+ hp at crank bro

  • Hmm... two years later I wonder if that engine is still in one piece!

  • @wsbill14224 Haha.... No because we ran it over 10psi while racing it.. :)

  • so with a turbo it should make about 170....

  • @yaznatpolo zx10 will do it for less.

  • Yamaha R6 has 120 horses without turbo ^^

  • @2URBO2 bullshit, r6 will make over 120 hp for only crank hp, not at damn rear wheel hp bro.

  • Well the exhaust is the turbo.. The turbo is right where the muffler should go. STS remote mounted turbo's

  • Nothing at all, It is 100% stock other the turbo kit and tuning.

  • @yaznatpolo stock exhaust too????

  • @MrSweetleaf92 nah, turbo will fuck hurt stock exhaust and will burn turn into red glow metal

  • what other mods have you done to it?

  • LOL... It is weak but so is the 90hp that it put out stock.....

  • @yaznatpolo my k7 gsxr 1000 made 163 rwhp stock, now i mods it from stage 3 of kws motorsports, now produce 204 rwhp, 0-186 on gps under 15 seconds, there is no fucking jokes bro, i will upload videos on my gsxr 1000 k7 and my 1000 fwhp eclipse 1999 ;)

  • 140.. lol that is WEAKK...

  • Not true and here is why... Because of the turbo being further down in the exhaust the turbo does not see that shock load of the exhaust heat causing it to ramp up immediately and actually almost follows the stock power curve making it streetable. We ran the bike in some races here at the Miller Motorsports park in Utah and everyone was amazed at how it handled coming out of corners and stuff. One guy that drove some a 1000cc bike said the 600 felt like it just had a bigger motor but funner.

  • now its not good for anything other than doing dyno runs or burning tires. because theres no way that power is useable since all it will want to do is show the front tire the sky as soon as boost hits

  • the sound made me cum

  • do you have any other videos of the bike, besides the two on the dyno. I e-mailed sts about it with no reply... interested in seeing it actually driving or at the strip

  • I can send you pics, E mail me freddy@ststurbo.com

  • Hey can you guys put a video of how you plumbed the turbo ????

  • Now do it on a DynoJet brand dyno. Do it in 500 RPM increments. My 03 600RR with just a Akrapovic slip on put 106.2 HP down. Now it has a power commander III usb in it with a K&N air filter with a custom map and its 119.7 HP. What state are you guys located in, I'd like to come check this stuff out.

  • But do it on a 1000 next time

  • Damn STS turbo on a bike lol, sick

  • That RR motor must have been worked hard and lost some life on it. I have a 97 CBR F3 that put 117 to the rear wheel with just a filter, slip on and jet kit. On the same free dyno day my friend with a slip on a power commander on a 05 GSXR 1000 put down 168. So for 5 PSI there is something wrong somewhere on that. My moneys on lack of proper fuel and mapping

  • @rbostrom0687 No, lots of things come into play when running a dyno that have HUGE effects on the numbers, elevation, humidity, atmospere temps, fuel used. My 99 cbr 600 f4 put down 102.8 yet my 01 f4-i put down 80....so, shes gunna get a turbo set up at 4-8 psi

  • lmao 140 I doubt it show the dyno sheet

  • It's all for shits and grins!! :)

  • hmm no indication the bike is a 600 or of the 130++bhp besides some dude's word from a video. Can do the exact same thing on my 600 then say it is 150bhp turno:(

  • yeh looks pretty staged...(sarcasm) not everyone is as big a tool as you to take the time to stage a dyno...and if you knew bikes at all you could tell it is a 600rr ass end

  • Hmm the 600cc rear and the 1000cc rear look the same to me. Obviously the quality of the video is so clear that you can make such detailed statements. I haven't seen any 600 turbos yet anywhere... or any kits for 600s to make them turbos.

Anyhow you can obviously see the Dyno monitor and can tell exactly what the graph is... since all I have to go on is whatever that guy in the video says.

    Cheers for the enlightenment... plonker

  • Its and STS kit man. Its a real company and a real kit because I called to purchase one but they weren't street ready yet. Its actually a nice kit which uses the stock airbox and keeps the bike as stock looking as possible. And watch the other video of the same bike with the same dude on the bike doing the dyno. You can tell its a 600rr by the fairings...

  • where does the exhaust on a 1000rr come out dragon??

  • under the seat... or its hould be, since these days you can make your bike look like anything and have any kind of exhaust fitted I would think twice before saying what a bike is only based on it's body... anyhow you guys swear by it, it is a 600 turbo yet I can't see the difference between this bike and my mate's 1k and I see not turbo kits for 600 bikes on the STS website... but whatever... when you find the link let me have it so I can buy one for my bike.

  • As I said before, if you would simply look at the other video of the dyno thats takin from the front of the bike you can tell its a 600. But you are right, the kit for the 600rr is not featured on their website which is why I called but back then they were still in development. I found out about this kit in a magazine article where the STS turbo 600rr lapped every bike up to the one in second place in an endurance race including litre bikes. The power of a liter bike as nimble as a 600...

  • well if this is 100% real it is amazing... wonder how will the bike hold up... wheelies non stop:) also you'll burn rear tyres like butter.I would love to get a kit for my gixer 600.If you hear anything or get the kit let us know.

  • Nah don't think you will burn the tires up. Its only pushin about as much hp as a litre bike though its more nimble being lighter. Keeping the front wheel down is a definite issue i'm assuming. I may try giving them another call to see if the kit is available.

  • Comment removed

  • holy shit, can't imagine how loud that is in real life.

  • STS Turbo can custom install or we are looking at developing a kit. We can sell a universal kit with all of the parts to do it as well. Either way just contact STS for details.

  • Thanks!

  • Nice work, kit or shop made? You dont see many 600 turbos, and I've never seen a kit.
