  • hey do you beliebe that the abs training present in the book work for real.

  • I like your videos. I think Tim Ferriss reveals a lot about the shortcomings of conventional wisdom. In one of your videos, you made reference to the possibility of P90X kicking 4HB's ass. I think you may be right. Also, if milk upsets your stomach, drink soy milk or rice milk or any of the other varieties you have available in the west. There is no point in looking good if you feel like crap. Keep it simple, listen to your body and ignore the little man upstairs. Good luck!

  • This guy is a moron. He should have taken his body fat % not just his weight. What a tard.

  • @sweetswing1

Please Sweetsing, understand that I bought a digital bodyfat tester but each time I used it, it gave me a different number. The first time it read 11 and then a minute later it was 18. Without dependable readings it's pretty useless. Even my scale is undependable. And the photos I am about to post in the next few weeks are hard to compare because of different lighting conditions. I sort of don't think I am a moron but I guess it's open to interpretation.

    ps (keep watching)

  • @frenchfrye2000 Ok tard was harsh but what you are doing makes no sense. He states emphatically in the book that weight means nothing, its about body fat %. You could have gotten a trainer at your gym to do it probably for free dude. I still think you should do it. The scale means nothing. If you lose 10 lbs of fat and put on 10 pounds of muscle you're going to consider this a failure? At least you could have taken some measurements of bicep, waist and thigh.

  • @sweetswing1

Well i will take your advice and put all of the details in an upcoming video. It will be dedicated to u. I am going to follow through with his plan till the end of February.

  • If only people stopped drinking milk and eating white bread.... I think obesity rates in the US would be slightly different.

  • @synr789 Hey Tom,

Great to see that the fatloss diet is working. I'm still determining if gaining mass diet is working for me. I should have my next one or two vids up within a week!

  • Very Informative Love it! :) Keep your awesome videos coming! ;)

  • Are you drinking goats milk instead?

  • @skorngirl1

I would like to try it!

  • please mix your audio properly

  • @supermarky

Well it plays great on my computer and iphone. I wish I could design the sound to work on everyone in the worlds equipment but that would be impossible!

  • I LIKE IT! love to hear more about the whole milk versus Pastuerized versus Organic milk. Not a fan of milk either but just so people know. One thing did pop up. I was handed a sample of whole milk,I was told that pastuerized milk was a dead food. My question is, how dead is it? If it was truly dead, wouldn't it have more substantial reactions to the drinker. Keep up the great work.

  • @jedibyotch

first of all , all the milk that sold at most of the stores , organic or non is pasteurized .Pasteurization kills good and bad bacteria as well as Vits B12 , B6, enzymes. So , yeas , the pasteurized milk is pretty dead . If you into milk , consume raw milk ,it has all the good nutrients but again ,

  • @frenchfrye2000

as I said in the video Milk is for babies only. After You grow out of infancy , your body stop producing certain enzymes to catalyze some nutrients .example : lactose in milk catalyzes by lactase

  • I love the uniqueness of your videos Barry!

  • THATS MY MOMMY!!!!!!! i <3 the video :)
