Of course they are, students of any faith are "allowed" to pray in any public school as long as it does not disrupt education. Meaning, as long as you're not shouting a prayer in the middle of Calculus, you can pray to any god you damn well please.

As to non christian organisation's and the Ten commandment's-If they were non-Christian, why would they support a Christian religious text? That simply makes no sense.

What you want is a public institution to back Christianity. Which is illegal.

If you're speaking of America, please educate yourself. I recently graduated from a school with a Christian club, where many students read their bibles out in the open. There is no law stating that the 10 commandments cannot be posted, only that a religion is not endorsed by the government or a public institution.
