Latest (2009) HD YouTube 720p Compression Method - HV20 (Add "&fmt=22" to the end of the URL)

Visually looked stunning, but the whole point of 720p vs 1080i is the motion lines that show up when moving object are on camera. I was hoping to see the movement of 720p... which there really wasn't .

thanks! no one goes on it, haha :(. I used dreamweaver and a template i found on the internet to make the site. Changed the logos with photoshop as well. Thanks!

check out the link in my description, it gives you the exact settings that you need to change in Sony Vegas. I use Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects.
