Pippen was definitely a great player but Jordan was the missing piece to that championship squad. Don't overlook the 95 season where the Bulls were barely better than a .500 team until Jordan came back to help win 13 of the remaining 17 games to close out the season.

Yep, I think they would have won the title if they were not screwed by a terrible foul call against the Bulls in game 5 in the final seconds. A foul on a three point shot where there was no contact until maybe a soft touch on the wrist well after the shot. Decided the game, series and the Bulls chance at another title.

Lebron carried the Cleveland Cavaliers further than they've ever gone before, virtually on his own, so I'm very proud of Lebron and of the Cavs players who are not as good as Lebron, but followed his leadership and gave it their best shot. Pippen was definitely a great player but Jordan was the missing piece to that championship squad. Don't overlook the 95 season where the Bulls were barely better than a .500 team until Jordan came back to help win 13 of the remaining 17 games to close out the season.

Whooptie doo, ask anybody who watches, grew up and KNOWS basketball that Scotties career no matter how much he accomplished WILL always be in doubt that if MJ wasnt there pushing him to be great would he be. Robert Horry has 7 rings, does that mean he's better than MJ? John Stockton has 0 rings does that make Tony Parker or Chauncey Billups greater than him? Rings have no bearing on hatin on someone lets be real. For scottie to say Wade is better thats just crazy. KB is compared to the g.o.a.t. MJ not Wade. Yep, I think they would have won the title if they were not screwed by a terrible foul call against the Bulls in game 5 in the final seconds. A foul on a three point shot where there was no contact until maybe a soft touch on the wrist well after the shot. Decided the game, series and the Bulls chance at another title.

i love scottie. i see michael came up in these comments. i'm just happy none of these comments mentioned lebron james. cuz i'll tell you one thing, michael would NEVER get swept in the finals. even in his rookie years. i don't even understand how people can compare the two. if anyone in the league now looks like jordan, it's wade. as long as he isn't busy licking his wounds. this should be an exciting NBA season. probably the best in a while.

Um, no offense, but Michael had a good supporting cast of team members, including great players like Scottie Pippen. Lebron carried the Cleveland Cavaliers further than they've ever gone before, virtually on his own, so I'm very proud of Lebron and of the Cavs players who are not as good as Lebron, but followed his leadership and gave it their best shot. I'm from Cleveland, and I'm damn proud of it.

The cavs were swept last finals by the Spurs...lebron was totally shut down with only about 14 points each game. Lebron is a great player, not saying that hes not, i also use to think he was the next jordan but in my point of view, i think hes becoming more a next kobe

Lebron isn't a tenth of what Michael was. Can't really blame him though. Someone that got 100 million dollar contract while he was still in high school didn't have much to work for. He was already being worshipped by these ball-less "witnesses" when he hadn't even done anything yet.
