Obama put the War costs in the budget and is -'projecting paying off Bush and Repub.s Congresss'- 6 year drunken spending DEBTS [tax cuts, SCHIP, Medicare Part D, Wars, etc.] They spent like crazy - WITH NO SPENDING CUTS !
