After you complete Chaosrealm and go to the next, return to Chaos and go where you fought against Noob Saibot. She should be there walking around.

yeah. she wanders around a little bit past that graveyard looking confused. when u get to her she says she forgot who she was. u find a scroll or something that gives her back her memory. when u come back to her, she agrees to train u.
