Why do they show the black and green screen?

That's because it's extremley graphic.

harvesting little sisters on this game seems a lot more cruel (if they were actually real, that is). because on the first game, you're an enemy, and that's all, some sick wierdo who comes up, kills her father, then pulls a slug from her stomach lining.

but on the second game, you do kill her father, but you also adopt her and protect her, and she even starts talking about how much she loves her new daddy... that is before you tear into her anatomy of course. but it's just a game, phew.

In Biosock2 I always saved the little sisters, but one time I was low on adam so I harvested one. I was so traumatized I never did it again.

From harvesting that little sister i got same ending as people who harvested all of them and it made Eleanor kill all of the little sisters "just like I taught her" :(

The save animation still looks a little too violent for something that's supposed to be good. If you look at the last split seconds just before the screen flashes with white you can see Delta pulling his hand away quite quickly and it looks like that kind of motion would really hurt that Little Sister's neck. Poor little thing, I suppose it's for her own good.
