O my God , what a snooze fest. This Video is the most boring thing I have ever seen.(There's only one Top Gear) as for the donk who wants to see the GTR up against the ZR1..... WAKE UP YOU APE. The ZR1 is a souped up CTS with a body made by crack heads and can only do one thing as per usual......and that is go in a straight line.

The GTR is the greatest car ever made, and I am glad fianlly all your NA donks get to see what a real car looks and drives like, other than on your PS or Xbox.

100k USD is an absolute steal for a car that performs like this one. I believe the car had to pass certain health and safety regulations and all that other bullshit red tape before it could go on sale in the US, not that Nissan was intentionally holding out on us.

In most areas you can get a GT-R for between 48 and 60k; the cost difference is mostly optional paint and such, too. wheels, drive-system, audio, all those are high-performance at worst and pretty minor costs. maybe 50k and you'll have a 'basic' near-supercar

but on the US nissan site, the regular GTR is 69k or so (USD) and the premium is a little over 71k. There are no extras though. paint is no additional cost for any color and the snow package is free of cost. so prettty much a basic GTR is a fully loaded GTR

may i remind you that every engine of the r35 GTR is handmade. Depending on the car, the hp output is different. the japanese companies said the GTR produced 480 while american companies said it produced over 500 hp. This information is from top gear. The best Car Show in the WORLD. I love german engineering but this is something else... This car is going to revolutionize the sports car industry.

Nissan only mention that GTR power was 480 nothing more. and only 10% drive train loss. NOT 15%/25% or more. Nissan made the GTR. Nissan, know everything about the GTR inside and out. no one need to make false claim about the GTR and make estimate guess of the poweroutput.

I have bought and resold over 20 Z cars over the last 10 years & MOST of them were on their original motor(all my cars were built BEFORE 1984)...never opened for anything more than oil/water pump & timing chains with 200K miles and still driving. When you keep ANY engine stock and dont beat the piss out of it, it will last. Krauts build great cars TOO...but NOTHING pisses of a German car owner more than being spanked by a Jap car. Everyone will argue and agree. I personally agree. This car is a major piece of beauty and intelligence. The Vette is just classic muscle with lots of power. I will take this technology over that power any day. The 35 is an amazing thing...so astonishing how they actually assemble the car...
